Yash Singh, Managing Partner

Yash Singh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay and Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Before starting Talent Monitor, he worked with Russell Reynolds Associates where he worked on C-suite roles and Board mandates. He leads Technology, Finance and Sales practices at Talent Monitor.

Karan is an MBA from the Symbiosis College of Business Management (SIBM) and leads the Venture Capital and Technology Practice for Talent Monitor. He partners with VC funds in hiring top talent for investment and platform teams of VC funds, as well as mid to leadership talent for the portfolio companies. 

Ankith is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi and has previously worked with Paytm. He leads Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Fintech practice at Talent Monitor.
